I would nominate him but I still think he is a fraud. A hillbilly from Kentucky who likes to bet hockey? I think Elmer may be T2W's twin. Besides if just plain stupidity was worthy of a VEGA the award would lose it's luster.
So far He is on his way and as soon as he tries to pitch the forum some multi level marketing scam or cost this site a advertiser will be on him. Like I said I want this award to be an elite one and the inductee must be a all around ASS
